My culinary journey has been a tapestry of flavors, textures, and the joy of exploration. As a self-taught chef, I was always in the kitchen from a young age (probably because I loved to eat!), fueled by curiosity and passion. Cooking, for me, is not just about following recipes; it's constant experimentation and discovery.

When I dove into cooking as an art, I was primarily focused on vegan and vegetarian styles that could nurture my body. I’ve had the privilege of learning Ayurvedic cooking from seasoned chefs at an ashram in the Lower Hudson Valley. The ancient approach not only deepened my understanding of the importance of local, seasonal produce and healing spices but also opened my eyes to the harmonious connection between food and well-being.

What I cherish most is sharing my food with friends and strangers alike. Food, to me, is a universal language that brings people together. It should be approachable, fun, and above all, welcoming. Good food does not need to be pretentious!

If you’re looking for someone to cook for you, cook with you, teach you, cater for you, I’m your girl. I’ve been cursed with being a jack-of-all-trades, but fortunately for you it means I am available to partner with you or your company in many ways.
