My culinary journey has been fueled by constant curiosity and a love for learning. As a self-taught chef, I’ve always found myself in the kitchen (probably because I love to eat!), driven by a deep passion for exploring the intersection of food and culture. For me, cooking isn’t just about following a recipe—it’s about experimenting and discovering new things.

When I really got into cooking, I focused on vegan and vegetarian styles that could nourish my body. I even had the chance to learn Ayurvedic cooking from amazing chefs at an ashram in the Lower Hudson Valley. That experience helped me understand the power of local, seasonal produce and healing spices. It opened my eyes to how food and well-being are so closely connected.

I truly believe that food is a universal language that brings people together, and it should always feel fun, welcoming, and never pretentious.

So if you’re looking for someone to cook for you, cook with you, teach you, or even cater your event—I’m your girl! I’ve been called a jack-of-all-trades, but that just means I’m ready to partner with you or your company in all kinds of ways.
