Homemade Pita Chips with Red Pepper + Walnut Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pita breads

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or ghee)

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground all spice

  • 1/2 c Hamov Eh Red Pepper + Walnut

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with spices and salt

  3. Stack pita breads on top of each other and cut into 8 triangles

  4. In a large bowl, toss pita triangles with spiced oil until well coated

  5. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and line the paper with the pita triangles, evenly spaced for proper browning

  6. Bake pita triangles in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes or until browned to your liking (chips will crisp up as they cool!)

  7. Serve with Red Pepper + Walnut, topped with toasted walnuts and parsley
