Homemade Pita Chips with Red Pepper + Walnut Dip
INGREDIENTS
3 pita breads
2 tbsp olive oil (or ghee)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground all spice
1/2 c Hamov Eh Red Pepper + Walnut
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
In a small bowl, mix olive oil with spices and salt
Stack pita breads on top of each other and cut into 8 triangles
In a large bowl, toss pita triangles with spiced oil until well coated
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and line the paper with the pita triangles, evenly spaced for proper browning
Bake pita triangles in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes or until browned to your liking (chips will crisp up as they cool!)
Serve with Red Pepper + Walnut, topped with toasted walnuts and parsley
