Loaded Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE OATS:
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c alt-milk of choice
1/2 c water
1/2 banana
2 tbsp S1: Walnut + Date Butter
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS:
toasted coconut flakes
mini chocolate chips
chia, flax, or sesame seeds
sliced bananas
berries
DIRECTIONS
FOR THE OATMEAL:
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c alt-milk of choice
1/2 c water
1/2 banana
2 tbsp S1: Walnut + Date Butter
Bring alt-milk + water to a boil in medium pot
Once boiling, add in oats and banana and turn heat to medium, stirring constantly
Cover oatmeal and turn to low, let simmer for another minute or so
Stir in S1: Walnut + Date Butter and top with desired toppings!
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
